What's the highest BAC you've gotten or assisted in?

I pulled over a guy tonight for a headlight out and he was toast! He blew a .22 and I could smell that s**t right when I got out of my patrol car from about 20ft away downwind...

My highets BAC arrest was a .31, but my buddy on my squad got someone the other day at 10am who blew a solid .40.  The guy had to drink 24/7 to be able to function like that.

Youre right, scarry part was that the reason the guy got arrested was becuse he called 911 to report road rage, giving his location to dispatch.  He drove up to my buddy who was responding to the call and started talking to him about the road rage incident....and was arrested shortly after.

The highest I can remember is a .27 it was a two vehicle collision with injuries.

Ditto this... I've seen 4.0s walking and talking!.... not very well mind you... but still functional.

Driving, I got a 19 year old that was...... .39 bac, walking and talk, or perhaps stumbling and slurring, no it was not his first offense either.

Not quite the DUI/OWI topic but, WOW how long has this chick been drinking?

ROHNERT PARK, Calif. —  A Rohnert Park teen is recovering at home after drinking what medical professionals say could have been a lethal amount of alcohol.

Rohnert Park police say the 15-year-old girl's blood-alcohol content was 0.578 — seven times the level for drunken driving — when she was hospitalized over the weekend.

A police spokesman says after being taken by ambulance to a hospital Friday night, doctors feared she would not live through the night.

Police say the girl had been at party at a home with a group of friends, with no adults present.

Investigators are still piecing together what happened that night and trying to determine if there was any criminal wrongdoing.

The name of the girl has not been released..

A known drunk we deal with all the time, was .54% one night I arrested him for Public Intoxication.  I had to take him to the hospital becuase the jail would not accept him without a doctor's release, and they did a blood draw on him there and it was .57%! 

Yeah right, guess you better call Guiness.

I had a 20 year old civilian park in the in outbound lane of the main gate of my installation.  He really thought he was in a housing community 2 miles away, and was really confused when we said he was at a military installation.  He had an entire case of empty beer bottles in his floorboard!  His BAC was .33!  After we told him where he was he begged us not to "conduct military tests" on him.

I'm not sure if this is the same guy or not, but he was a .9 also and staggered in front of a car apparently.

The highest BAC% i had was a .30   The sad part was the guy must have been a pro because he talked and walked better than someone who was a .10

The highest I've ever had was a .34 on a 62 yo grandmother at 3:30pm.  I've had numerous in the high .20's also.  At one of the stations I've worked at we had a town drunk that was a walking talking .50.  He was hit by a car one night and taken to "The Hospital" (that was the actual name) to be checked out.  His BAC was .55.  Of course he was not injured.
