Not to long ago we had a Public Defender enter the DOJ to see his client. Now you would think a law degree would mean you were smarter than the average bear, not in this case. While visiting a defendant, who was his client, he also saw the clients wife (not his client). The defendant had asked for a request of the lawyer, bring in some spices for the food, because it was bad to the taste and it was his religious right. The sad thing is the lawyer did it. The real problem is the product he brought in was cayenne pepper, OC anyone. Throw this in an officer's face and you got them. One of the female officer's found the contraband during an inspection and both client gave up the lawyer in a heart beat. It just goes to show ya that all that school in the world does not mean your the smart one. Keep your eyes open out there and check the bags and brief cases.
