Cover Letter or Not

| Posted about 1 month ago Most positions I have applied for have asked for a cover letter. It helps the employer know a little more about who you are, why you want that job, skills and experiences you may have had, that sort of thing. They do help and they can peak just enough interest to set your resume apart from the rest and get you an interview and even the job. So I would encourage you to include one. Just my humble opinion.
