I work for a company called SyberWorks, and we provide a fully functional learning management system (LMS). In the past few years, we have adapted functionality of the system to meet a whole host of problems for police training and records keeping functions - you can see some of our features and functionality on our website at www.syberworks.com/police-training-management-systems.htm. I've also done some market research for California - do you see yourself trying to compete with TMS, given that TMS is the most used training program at least for smaller departments?
