It has come to my attention (via YouTube) that many individuals (perps/suspects) are purchasing GARNER's disk destroyer to rid themselves of incriminating evidence.  Is anyone aware of technology to retrieve this information in a "destroyed" condition?

I have never heard of such software. Your state crime lab techies should have the training to restore anything. I just googled it and it apparently isnt like software to use, but a machine. What criminals can afford this!!??
