| Posted 6 months ago I don't work at either, but several of our c/o's have applied or been hired by Cleveland PD, and the hiring/waiting/freezing/scheduling/reevaluating/cancelling/rehiring process can be aggravating. The political atmosphere was horrible years ago, and from what we hear, has only gotten worse. Mayor/City Counsel seem to be pretty "anti-cop". Oddly enough, we've always worked well with most of their officers on the road, which seems to be one of the beter tendancies in this line. Put a cop on the street and let him get away from the politics, and they tend do pretty well. Good Luck - Stay Safe. 100 Years from now ..... all new people !! |

| Posted 23 days ago Our command staff and the command staff of the county Sheriff seem to fight a little bit off and on. The running joke on the street is "We are the same as any citizen, the kids get along great, but the parents can't hardly stand each other.. |
