Well, since I asked about the monsters in another thread, I thought I'd give my thoughts on these two creatures. I believe that it is possible for them to exist, but very unlikely (epecially Nessie). Why, with all the modern technology and thousands of monster hunters out there, have we not been able to get a real glimpse of these things? Yes, yes, there's vast expanses for forest out there for Big Foot to tramp around and hide in, and some of these lakes supposedly inhabited by monsters are equally vast. But with all these "close encounters" that hunters have, shouldn't there be some good solid evidence out there? Like bones or a body? Even a good up close and personal video would be nice, if it was found to be authentic by experts. What are your thoughts on these critters?

This is some funny shit!

In Florida we have a "Bigfoot" as well, but it is called the SWAMP APE, or SKUNK APE (due to its reported foul odor).  Photo evidence (alledged) was delivered to the Sarasota PD a few years ago.  The Seminoles (Native American people) have  a long history of reports/sightings of the beast.

One of our old sergeants (now retired) told a tale of what he believed to be juvenile Skunk Ape that was struck by a vehicle on his beat in Fort Myers.  He took photos.  DNR officials responded to his inquiries and removed the remains.  A few days later when he had the photos developed they asked to take them and have copies made.  When he inquired as to the findings of the necropsy and the return of the photos, he hit a brick wall and was told they had no record of such an incident.
