Ok, cooking with beer is great, now lets talk about drinking it.

What's your favorite beer and why? Which beers are best for just drinking, and which go good with certain foods? You like pale, dark, ale, stout, pilsner, lager, bocks...am I missing some? lol.

This is some funny shit!

Well I'm not much of a beer drinker but once and a while i like a Bud Light long neck.

Now if your talking drinking cooking  etc and what i use. I LOVE whiskey and let me say this again I LOVE WHISKEY. I also like Rum/Spiced, Vodka, Everclear, Southern Comfort, Yukon Jack. The best i found so far is Mc Gregor's Scotch Whiskey. It goes great on steaks burgers pasta and what ever else you want to cook it on.

ICEHOUSE!

BOTTLE'S

WHEN COOKING KILLEN'S ADDS GREAT COLOR TO PORK or CHICKEN.  FLAVORED RUMS (PARROT BAY or BACARDI) ARE GREAT AND SO ARE KETTLE ONE or GREY GOOSE VODKA'S.

I'm usually a Mich man, but have drank Guinness draft at clubs, this is the first bottle Guinness draught I have had, and it is very much the smoothes beer I have had to date. Friend of mine asked me to try it as they don't add the O2 to it before bottling it, there is a O2 cap in the bottle that pops in the bottle when you pop the top, of course it is to expensive a beer to drink just to get drunk, but truly smooth without all the bloated feeling of other beers.

Actually that ball is filled with nitrogen and it's called a "widget"...In the bars on draft it has it's own system cause it uses nitrogen as well.
