He works in the area and it makes sense for him to run with this event.* *If are interested in going, send him your info. You will need to commit to reserving a room at the Las Vegas Hilton, which will also be the headquarters for Baker to Vegas and about 7,000 other LEO's from across the U.S. and the world.* *Thanks a mil, Oso337!!!* So, here I am getting ready for work and *poof*, I had a vision. Might have been gas, but let's go with the vision thing. Let's go to Vegas! We could plan a little get-together, meet the members from PoliceLink, bs a little...or a lot. Sort of like a 1st Annual Reunion but not really because we haven't met yet ....er ...well, you know what I mean. I was thinking in mid or late 2008. For info, there are already about 7,000 coppers in Vegas in April for the annual Baker to Vegas 120 Mile Foot Race. I have done that one and it is great. We could go at the same time, meet, bump around with other cops, and well, there you have it. This is just an idea in it's infancy. If it ends up to being a dud of an idea, that's ok, too. This thread will remain up for a while until there is a consensus. Thoughts? Let'r rip.... AND, And, A-n-d, yeah we want all our LEO's and supporters to feel welcome. No trolls. It would be too bad if a troll showed up. Man, all this saved up angst. A troll or Leo-tard would be someone's rug before the end of the first day. The admin thing? Come on!
