| Posted 3 months ago The Mayor of Washington DC just said at a press conference that the existing laws that pertain to other guns in the District, such as rifles and automatics including semi automatics will still be in effect. I see another fight coming! Either he doesnt know what he is talking about, which is possible, or they think handguns are only revolvers. Should be interesting. Maybe DC will now be the wheel gun capital of the nation. |

I think that Mayor is going to lose his azz in Court, as long as the weapons in question are defensive weapons not Full-Autos or Destructive Devices. |

This is simply another ploy by the liberal majority in DC to repress legal gun owners. From what I heard of his speech, it appears that he lacked specifics in addressing the issue and was more interested in getting the point across that the laws for DC had not changed and he was still in control. I would expect the NRA to start a suit against DC as they already have announced against Chicago and San Francisco. |

| Posted 3 months ago I would love to see NRA challenge the prohibition on civilian manufacture of Class 3 weapons. These weapons are clearly covered as militia weapons should never have been banned out-right for civilian sales. Paying for a tax stamp & background check to purchase one is one thing but an outright ban only drives the price up. |

| Posted 3 months ago You know even if NRA does get there way and big guns are not sold to the wrong people anymore the bad guys will still find a way to get there hands on them... Its a never ending problem... They won't use my method and just shoot all the bad guys on site but I keep wishing... |
