My vote is not only for Nikk and Henry, but for a change in management philosophy that is more respectful to the LEO members and their wishes for the site, and less interested in money-making.

I don't know about Nikk but on my behalf please save your breath. I have no intentions of returning to Moderator duties. I have gone through this same issue once before so it took me two shots in the head with a bat before I realized I didn't matter in the grand plan. I will never think like a businessman and always think like a cop. These two philosophies do not mess so I was only pissing in the wind. So knowing who you are dealing with means a petition is a waste of time and effort. Please use that effort to help young cops with their jobs. It is worth more than helping me. Thanks.

AND YES HENRY....you are probably right again.....but at least this can serve as a true indicator to PL STAFF that sometimes...if only sometimes.....there are real concerns - issues - topics - events - ETC that the masses have truely brought to the MODS and the MODS are then doing their pledged and volunteered duties by bringing those mentioned items to them work work - study - revision to better serve the masses. I think sometimes ADMIN can fall into a rut that when their appointed "eyes and ears" are in dessention about something  - well - it must be coming from a small group....LIKE: "certainly this can not be the overall view"...I just hope "the powers to be read and heed as we have sooooooooooo often been hit with that term in the past". You know that I have often posted on this site and most of the posts have been coy - funny - sarcastic- or the like.........I only chime in with the serious post when something not only strikes a nerve, but poses a real threat of harm (my opinion only - of course)....soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo for me to take the time to write these long blogs is a real step out..(cause I'm a slow typer, and really try to avoid the long winded posts)..........LET this show you and NIK and the other MODS a heartfelt THANK YOU....and I hope you do reconsider, but if you don't I truely understand.......and to PL, as I stated in many other posts, .....................................THIS just AIN'T RIGHT.

We can multi-task, it's in our blood. RC, you have to realize this is also being done to the profession of Law Enforcement.  You cannot disrespect a member of our community and MOD's to boot, and expect no retaitation.  You made a sight for us, so we could share in our ways, vent our feelings, allow humor to flow through the posts, (without humor, this profession would not survive) and you want us to sacrifice our own integrity, beliefs, and  teamwork.  It is not so much that the Civil Admin. wanted to cover for a NON-LEO, but in the manner in which this being carried out.  If you could do this to a MOD, you basically could do this to anyone. Don't you understand we know if you treat a LEO who is a MOD in this fashion, all this hush hush, cover up, erasing  threads and posts, not coming forward like respectable Administrators and giving your side of the actions, you leave us no choice but to think the worst of you.  We don't let retired cops that have put in umteen years in this service and tell him to go to the farm now.  The wisdom, intelligence, inner strength, the knowledge that these both have obtained in all these years could only benefits the other members as a mentor, coach, guiding light and yes a MOD.  It's the principle of the matter now, what you are doing, LE personnel arrest people for.  Destroying the very fiber in which we are connected.  Why are you trying to silence the truth, with which is the very foundation of our oath. No, don't tell me, this is a slick practice of a candidate we know........................................................................

First let me make something crystal clear for you, the death of Deputy Ryan Seguin was an officer who went above and beyond the duty of his badge serving his community. That is why Deputy Ryan Seguin is the selected officer to have a law to be passed as the Ryan Seguin law in Florida in his honor and sacrifice he gave to his community. The video was posted in his honor and not as a “plug” (as you sir, referenced it) for the Bolo911. The Bolo911 is a device that is in the process of being legislatively passed as state law to SAVE future Leo’s from being killed in the line of duty.



You have no knowledge as to what my position pertains to with the Bolo911 Industry and have never asked. So I would suggest the next time you insinuate that I am “tight” with Rex has no relevant issue to the subject matter at hand and is frankly none of your business. The issue that does matter is how many unnecessary deaths of Leo’s can be prevented with an ESR! Further more a member of society does not have to be an LEO to feel the same grief of loss that an LEO does.



Your feelings of offense are duly noted and appreciated and welcomed, however they do not change my goal and aim in going forward in helping the prevention of further unnecessary deaths. May you have a pleasant evening and as always stay safe!
