Can I have my 10 minutes now?   Those locked threads are really building up.  I'm going to stop hanging out with some of you trouble causers.

Well the latest was the KSP thread.   The worst part is I don't remember what I said in that thread.  Hell, I don't even remember what it was about.  Now I'm all curious about why it got locked and I have to just look at it there taunting me.  I think the moderators hate me.   I blame Chimp.

 

AND I just noticed a typo in my original post that's bothering me now.  

That was locked by request of the originator.

But it's STILL vaulted and sitting there taunting me.   I think I LOL'd at something in that thread.  I'm not sure though.   I probably hurt KSP's feelings.  I've found him to be a very sensitive guy.  Probably metrosexual.

at least they lock threads you reply in. Most threads I reply in  I am usually  the last one to post and it is not locked.

I like the upgrade where it doesn't take up half a page now due to the threads disappearing once you've checked the new responses.

 

HOWEVER comma I seem to be accumulating locked threads that have been vaulted.  (I'm not sure how chimp and N4Sir manage to trick me into posting in unwholesome threads that end up locked.)  I'm not bitching mind you, I'm simply saying it's a bit aggravating seeing them there with new responses knowing I'll never get to read what the final words were.   Now, not being one to go complaining without offering a solution, I have the perfect fix.  Make me a Moderator for 10 minutes once a week so I can clear those out.  That'll do just fine.  Thank you.  Good Night, Gracie.

 

The locked threads that appear on my screen are starting to take up most of my monitor, why do the locked threads have to appear if we cannot get into them? Will they disappear anytime soon?

To be honest the threads that are in the vault and showing up on your list is a tech glitch. As for getting them off there well I would make sure you do not have watch this topic checked. You can check this by going to forums then to preference, then scroll down and right underneath the threads there is a blue link that says stop watching topic. This might help a little, as for the rest your just going have to ignore them until they fall off the list or the tech team fixes it...

Well at least this 1 isn't locked yet . Maybe we should invite KSP or Chimp here.

I now have 7 permanent fixtures in my "topics I've replied to" box. You people are killing me here.

The same thing with the ones that were moved to private groups. I can't get rid of them either. None of them are on my watch topic list.

And the plot thickens!! And I still can't see profiles. (I whined about this in another thread and got nowhere with it). I click on cops1521's name and instead of his profile, it just throws me back to the top of the page. Aggravation is setting in.

Wait, are you using Firefox? If you just right click on the name in FF click on "open in new tab" it will open the same page in a new tab. You have to left click on the name then it will open a litle window. from there you right click on view profile and open in new tab. I hope I described this correctly......

EXACTLY!!! I still can't mark all threads as read for those keeping score. Have the techno geeks not been reading my whines? I have no way of posting pictures, links to news articles (or links to anything else for that matter, and no emotionalicon thingies. My shit is broke here people! (insert frowny face here)

well, when your this frusturated..... take a baseball bat and trash the computer.
