Posted about 1 month ago Do any of you lovely people who work 3rd do any type of mild exercise while working 3rd shift?
If so, what? Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe.

| Posted about 1 month ago Yes, I litsen to Dance Music and walk around my patrol station but other then that I am able to keep myself awake pretty well, lol. |

| Posted about 1 month ago I work 3rd shift for private security in SLC UT, all I do is drive and walk through out the entire night, climbing stairs, chasing and responding to calls. its gets kind of bussy on most of the nights, specially during the summer season. we are in it now. School is closed, kids out and about everywhere. were are called the second hand to local Law Enforcement. |

I work third shift for a long term care medical facility and rehab. I am actually lucky I get to talk to all of the nurses and CNA's so my time goes by quick and I don't get very tired. as far as exercise. you have to do more building tours on third where I am then the rest of the day . So what I do is use the stairs instead of elevators. so I get the exercise that I need and stay healthy at the same time. |
