Posted about 1 month ago Should people be executed by hanging, lethal injection, firing squad, let loose to the victims families, or thrown off something really high. If you have any other methods not mentioned, don’t hesitate to add it. Those that think they know everything annoy those of us that do.

| Posted about 1 month ago Needless to say, being from "the old west" I would prefer PUBLIC hangings. Just might be a deterent. Rapers need their "stuff" cut off so that they have to pee like a woman for the rest of their life, just to remind them of their atrocities against others! The victim's wounds never heal. |

| Posted about 1 month ago I say if it's an outragous crime like baby grace's mom and dad or andrea yates, let Bud Light and PAYPERVIEW sponsor it and for 1 week have a hot line that cost $.50 to call and vote for 1 of 5 ways to be executed. After the polls have closed you put it on NATIONAL PAYPERVIEW and charge $15 to watch. All proceeds will go to the victims families, children, advocate groups and local police agencies who are underfunded. I would pay to watch, why not? in some parts of the world you can (supposedly) watch a thief get their hand cut off for stealing, for FREE! Why not capitlize on it and help those who need funding? Texas the only state that can be it's own Country! |

While I believe that clean up is a pain with blood and guts and all, but, why clean up? If clean up is necessary, then, let the other inmates on death row do it. Helps prepare them for the inevitable. Better yet, let the juvinile delinquints do the clean up, including bagging the body. Maybe that will scare them straight. As far as "easier" to watch, well, I beleive that we should have public executions. I believe that there should be at least three execution every Friday and held at a local high-school (one for each class,10 through 12). Sophmores through Seniors should be required to attend. This should provide motivation to stay in school and to stay on the correct side of the law. Extra executions should be scheduled for long weekends or vacations. Lead, follow, or get out of my way!! | Posted about 1 month ago I've said it before and I'll say it again. There is no reason a state should ever kill anyone. Now let me explain.
We take all those who are sentenced to death, and what the heck throw in the lifers as well. We make them dig a giant pit somewhere in Texas. Again you guys have the room and the weather conditions we need. Okay so they dig a pit, lets say 50 acres square. About a 100 ft deep should do nicely. Once they have dug the pit, we put them all in it. We throw in a small tack hammer. Then we set up cameras and walk away. We come back a year later and find the one big fat one left. And we shoot him. Then the new group is tossed in and we do it all again. Ahh the cameras you ask. Pay per veiw my friends. The money can be sent back to the states for LE. I reject your reality and submit my own. |

In Execution by sawing, the criminal would be hung upside-down and a large saw would be used to cut their body in half, starting with the groin, all the way to the head. Because the person was hanging upside-down, the brain received sufficient blood to keep them alive until the saw finally reached the main blood vessels in the abdomen. In the Asian version of this execution, the victim would stand upright and the sawing would begin at the top of the head. Some traditions state that the Prophet Isaiah was executed by the saw. Maybe that will scare them straight. Ah, the ACLU would be all over us like a duck on a june bug. You'd have to clean up due to the smell. And I think you would have to execute only maybe one per week or you would "run out" of participants very shortly - think reverse pyramid scheme. Then our deterrent would be so effective we would either have to hand out the death penalty for lesser and lesser crimes or it would "die out" (sorry, pun intended) and people would soon forget about the deterrent effect. So maybe it would have to be cyclic, as well. Say execute till you run out, have a moratorium to build the pool back up, then execute again, etc., etc. |
