Our citizens need more people like josh miktarian and marcus whitfeild eric nicholson, james mazure,russ sorrow.. these cops new their job and called for back up when needed, they had witnesses when they had to shoot a suspect. simone makes sure he is alone that way he can cover up his crimes with lies. you people do not know simone like the people of cleveland. the majority of cleveland know he is a crooked cop and the other % is the crooks that are paying him to leave them alone

it may seem that im venting anger for not being able to join my brothers and sister that still serve but i cant sit by and see a cop half cocked eveery time he sneezes looking for a kill. not the way i was trained. you escalate as needed, when i dirtbag is running away, think of a way to stop other then shooting him in the back . according to the system they are innocent until proven guilty. This guy had simone judge and convict him. No one knew why he did it. but did not deserve to be shot in the back. These dirt bags that kill good cops like josh miktarian without even giving it a second thought . simone would let them live because they threaten his retirement. thats all he cares about not you or me or any of our brothers and sisters. thats the way he is, i know him and he is all about himself.

You should look at the story before you give this so called super cop props,He shot an unarmed man suspect that was running away from him. There were changes in his story over a two day period. He envolved a resident in a potentionlly deadly situation and did not follow and wait for backup that he knew he would get in seconds of the call. I live seconds away from where he shot the suspect and know that at any given time there ara a number of marked units in that area. and the street that he was shot on had two ways out one was covered by simone and his citizen chouffer. THis was not a justifiable shoot and many people agree because they know simones way of policing. Aggressive yes by the book no! If you want to give props where they are do, Then praise josh miktarian, twinsburg officer, husband, and father. Good cop and praise by others . Just know this, we burried him the same week that simone was getting his glory for shooting an unarmed suspect that was running away.josh was shot 4 times in the head and never got his duty peice unholstered and they are claimimg the suspect shot in self defense. Hey simone why cant you face this kind of guy or do you just choose the unarmed ones? I am not downing the force i work with them before i was injured an forced to give up my passion. I only want to see the true heros or supercops that do it right . the ones that really give the force a good name. the ones that when god callthat last call they answer without hesitation and dont exspect gold plaques and ribbons whenit done> when simone retires he will get what he has always wanted , praise glory and a big send off. He still a bad cop!

I don't know and the details of this situation are not given! I am someone who was going to be a police officer and I am someone who knows how to protect himself with his own hands, I would return fire and try to wound first unless it was a situation where I had to kill in that being if I was getting shot at point blank range or in a deadly manner, but I can say this if the officer was fired upon then he is justified in returning fire but should first try to shoot to injure so the person shooting at him can be brought to justice! It is true today that many almost most police officers will shoot to kill first!

lawmancaray65, i applaud your honesty & candor, for you must work in the same circle of law in cleveland,oh. i do wish every law officer safe & well, for what they do is beyond understanding, to protect humans when the time calls for it, on the other hand we must get rid of the officers who feel they are above the law, who once they get a badge, abuse anyone & everyone who they see fit to abuse, but i do defend the actions when they are in a situation that calls for protecting themselves, but when one adjust the story to defend their misdeeds, then they should be held accountable, may all decent officers stay safe & sound, god bless them.
