| Posted 2 months ago well, I'll be honest and admit that I wimped out this morning... but then again I'm off in south TX at a conference so I don't have my "comfortable" surroundings. The hotel does have some cardio machines though. Guess I'll get off my duff tomorrow morning and hit the exercise bike or treadmill. Have a great week! |

| Posted 2 months ago Made mine today. I'm on a roll! Haven't missed in the last three weeks! You know what? The darndest thing happens when you make workouts - your weights go up! 100 Years from now ..... all new people !! |

| Posted 2 months ago I did yesterday. I was so tired after that last day of work I just sleep. Today I shall do my three mile run and go work out. |

| Posted 2 months ago today was 3 sets: 42/30/18 of snatches ( just learned them so the weight was very light ) and pullups...for time, go from 42 snatches to 42 pullups and so on. |
