Okay...who did their work-outs today?  Just wanted to encourage everyone to keep up the good work on staying healthy and in shape!

well, I'll be honest and admit that I wimped out this morning... but then again I'm off in south TX at a conference so I don't have my "comfortable" surroundings.  The hotel does have some cardio machines though.  Guess I'll get off my duff tomorrow morning and hit the exercise bike or treadmill.  Have a great week!

Made mine today.  I'm on a roll!   Haven't missed in the last three weeks!  You know what?  The darndest thing happens when you make workouts - your weights go up!

I did yesterday. I was so tired after that last day of work I just sleep. Today I shall do my three mile run and go work out.

I work out at least three days a week--havent missed a day for a while. working hard at it.

today was 3 sets: 42/30/18 of snatches ( just learned them so the weight was very light ) and pullups...for time, go from 42 snatches to 42 pullups and so on.
