Posted 3 months ago A dear friend of mine passed in the line on friday. Sgt. Phil Fisher of the Peoria Illinois Police Dept died leaving work on friday evening. A veteran of more then thirty years. He and my father went to the academy together and remained friends since. He was at the hospital when i was born and came to all our family functions. I looked at him as an uncle. Phil was a great officer and always had a big happy smile. He will be missed! |
