A Very Good Point - Please Read And Bump!

Posted 2 months ago I wanted to share this with you all............................. I have to pass a urine test for my job. So, like a lot of folks in this State, I have a job. I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order to get that pay check , I am required to pass a random urine test with which I have no problem. That with which I do have a problem is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test. Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them?? Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on there feet. I do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone sitting on there ass, doing drugs, while I work!!! Can you imagine how much money the State would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check?? Please Bump if you agree or simply ignore it if you don't. I hope you all will agree though!! WHO'S IN CHARGE OF THIS MESS??? |

| Posted 2 months ago I think any type of assistance you should be drug tested. There is a family in my town bragging about being on welfare for 3 generations. Grandmother, daughter and now grandaughter. I remember back when I was a kid it was embarrasing to be on welfare. As a matter of fact these people who cheat the system (Not all are deadbeats some people really need help) should be forced to come over and clean my house and cut my grass. Hell, I am paying them. I know the Borough where I work wouldnt pay me to sit home and play the latest video games or walk around with my as hanging out all day in my pajamas. |

| Posted 2 months ago Totally agree. I've worked for the government in one way or another most of my adult life. I've always been subjected to drug testing. Never bothered, never cared and have always complied. Clean I might add. I think it's only fair.

Nothing pisses me off more then seeing these poeple who sit on their ass yet are driving brand new vehicles, then see them at the store with a shit load of money from "me" and every other tax payer.
