Once a week, for about 4weeks. It's a short over-training method. It's good for cardio, defenition and strength

Here it is... Upper-body supersets... 30-60 rest between each combined set

3 sets Weighted pullups/weighted dips

4 sets cable row or barbell row/ incline dumb bell press

4 sets pulldowns/ decline hammer press

3sets deadlift or hyper-extention/ machine flye

use weights that you can get 15-20 on the first go and progress up(down) to wieghts you hit 4-6 reps

try it and tell me what ya think.. Remember you need to eat more protien and might have to add a day to your routine.

I use it once a week for 4weeks, then take a few months before I hit it again

I normally hit the weights 4-5days a week.

using this I upped my pullups, incline bench, rows, and shoulder strength.

BROAD are my shoulders and STRONG is my back.... I do not fear this BURDEN.

I'll bet you did!  About how much time does this workout take?  I gotta admit in the world of fitness I'm a lifetime member but more on the lightweight end traditionally.  I think I'd like to start out on a modified version (to comply with my aforementioned lightwieght status).  I'm just getting into the good part of my 50's so I make a daily habit of maintenance, but would like to increase some strength and endurance.  This looks like it really gets the heart moving pretty good!  Since I have a short workout schedule every morning (Mon - Fri) I'd be one of those who would add a day to the schedule and do this longer session on a Saturday...

Well it should take about 45min or so. If ya don't wanna add a day then just use it on your last workout day.. Hope it helps ya Legion

Thanks, I've printed out the routine and am going to start on it this weekend on my "add" day.  Let's see if an old man can get through this.
