Posted 2 months ago Ok this was my workout 2day with a 16 kg kettlebell in 32 minutes. 50jumping jacks 50 pushups 5 burpees 50 left hand swing 50 rght hand swing 5 burpees 50 alternating presses (switching hands every 5 reps) 50 front squats 5 burpees 50 rght hand snatch 50 lft hand snatch 5 burpees 50 cleans / 25rght / 25 lft 50 figure 8 into hold 5 burpees 20 windmill 10 each side 50 bent over rows 25 each arm 5 burpees |
