| Posted 2 months ago Hopefully all the charges will run consecutively instead of concurrent. Have they said anything about what the prosecution is seeking? Pain is weakness leaving the body. Obstacles are what we see when we take our eyes off the goal. |

| Posted 2 months ago Good!! Hope his terms runs consecutively. I'm sure they have already started on the appeals. Its great to see the Judge denying his bail. |

| Posted 2 months ago Denying bail was very smart, he'd be in another country already if they hadn't. Pain is weakness leaving the body. Obstacles are what we see when we take our eyes off the goal. |

No more Chewbacca defense (From South Park). The prosecution is seeking life in prison. You are a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. |

Unfortunately the judge has the highest rate of overturns on appeal in Nevada... so the OJ saga isnt done just yet.. hope the Goldman family gets some money.. we all know he's hiding it..protected by dirtbag friends and lawyers |

| Posted 2 months ago Justice was served at last- now the scum can rot in jail where he will no doubt be a hero to other inmates. I hope that he gets LIFE and that he lives another 40 years- all of it in JAIL~!! The Brown and Goldman families can rest now and try to go on with their lives....right after they send him a nice card hoping that he likes his new home!! Sometimes in this world there is Justice,..and sometimes there is JUST US..

| Posted 2 months ago Simpson's murder trial really illustrated the racial divide in this country because in the face of overwhelming evidence he was found not guilty. Another aspect of that trial was Simpson's celebrity status. I can remember vividly following that trial and feeling like I had been punched in the gut when the verdict was announced. I was pleased to see that a Vegas jury had the guts to do what an LA jury did not. |

| Posted 2 months ago I think these comments, along with comments by the jury and the tape recorded comments by the police will show why OJ will get this overturned on appeal. It is clear to me that he did not receive a fair trial. People already had their minds made up, starting with the Metro PD officers who were recorded saying they could now get him when LAPD could not (which means there was no fair investigation but that is not a right) and ending with the five jurors who have admitted thinking the murder verdict was wrong.
My basic question to all of you officers who are happy about this is what crime did he commit? Everyone, including the prosectuion admits he was after his own property that had been stolen from him. The essential element of a robbery is the theft. How did he steal his own property from the thieves? And if he did not steal anything, how did he commit a robbery, armed or otherwise? |
