He has the head of an eagle tattooed on his right shoulder and the face of Christ tattooed on the upper left side of his back. Details: The FBI is seeking information regarding the whereabouts of Navarro-Montes along with any information relating to the death of United States Border Patrol Agent Luis A. Aguilar on January 19, 2008, in the Imperial County Sand Dunes.
