Or you could just pick a few names from the posted list here and start there.

May I suggest an organization called SoldiersAngels.com?   I've been a member of this wonderful group now for (2) two years.  Last year I adopted a soldier and sent at least (1) card/letter per week, then one (1) package each month.  I enjoyed getting the packages together...you can go to the website and it explains how to adopt, items that the soldiers need and want, even a store available to the website where you decide how much you want to spend and what you want to send and THEY prepare the package for you to send to your adopted soldier.   It's definitely worthwhile and before my mom passed away...she was even enjoying helping get the package together for my soldier.

My first (1st) soldier has since come home....and I have adopted my second (2) soldier.

Can't hurt to check out the website ... SoldiersAngels.com....believe me I have really enjoyed my little treats/letters to my adopted soldier.

I am a member of SoldiersAngels.com as well...it is a great site...it is easy to get a soldier's name...they make it super easy to send packages/letters/cards to them...and you have forums to post to that talk about special projects and card blitzes and such...its awesome...please take the time to check it out!!!!

Also...there are several PL members who are away from home at this time and there are a couple of groups here such as Mail Call...that you can get PL Soldiers names and addresses!!!!! Please join those groups and help support our PL members who are away from their families defending our freedom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
