Posted 8 months ago Memorial patches have been customized to honor the memory of slain Dearborn Heights Police Corporal Jason A. Makowski. Jason was killed in the line of duty on May 25, 2006 after responding to a call for service. The patches are $5.99 - collectors edition - 100% embroidery. Proceeds from the sale will be used in maintaing the Dearborn Heights Police Memorial which was erected in the memory of Jason Makowski and Patrollman Robert Dowidait. For information on Cpl. Please send me the info on who and where I should mail the check, Tom, Retired Chief of Police hanging out in Las Vegas. I have been sending sympathy cards to police familes who have lost a loved one in the line of duty for about ten years.
