I'm hoping to take this course the next time they come through or close to St. Louis but the ole department has a 100 and 1 reasons for no mony to let you go.

I have attended this as well and have found it to be very useful in my position. Even though I don't use their technique exactly how they suggest, I have mixed it with my own style and have had good success with it.
